The first step is establishing the ‘what’ ‘where’ ‘when’ and the ‘how’ much. The ‘how much’ can easily be handled with a financial pre approval. It is much easier to look for properties that are within the budget rather than spending time and energy on homes that are perhaps not in reach. Once we have established your working budget we can get to work on finding you the perfect home. ‘What’ sort of home are you looking for? Is there a particular area that is of interest? And ‘when’ would you like to make your move? Our buyer-agent relationship is based on trust and confidentiality. Your best interests are protected to the best of my ability when scouting properties, collecting information, researching market comparables, preparing your offer and negotiating on your behalf.
