Marketing Your Property

Two crucial elements involved in the successful sale of your property is accurate pricing and creative marketing. It is not enough to just post a listing on the MLS server. Especially in a time when supply of inventory is abundant, and buyers have a wide selection of choice, positioning your property is key to circulate interest and activity. I recently took on a listing for a lot in Gallaghers Canyon. I have had two advertised “OPEN HOUSE WITHOUT A HOUSE”. I had CUTTING EDGE (home staging business) stage a living room scene at one open and a bedroom scene for the second open. The lot now has some BUZZ as well as visual imagery that can be used in other promotions to maintain exposure for a future sell.
